Your brand on a cabinet built for you

For distributors and brand owners who want their own nameplate on a residential battery, without building a factory, a BMS team or an export department.

What is ours and what is yours

Yours

The brand, the market, the dealer network, the customer relationship, the pricing to your market, and the warranty you give your customer.

Ours

The line selection, the bill of materials, the pre-shipment inspection, the export documents, the certification coordination, and the spare parts pool for your installed base.

We are not the factory, and we say so. AeonWatt is the programme manager between you and the cell, BMS and inverter lines in China. Buyers who discover this in the first video call stop trusting the rest of the pitch, so we put it on the page instead.

What can be changed

ItemCustomisableNot customisable
Capacity10.24 or 15.36 kWh, and other tiers on requestCell chemistry outside LFP
Inverter6 or 8 kW, single phase; three phase on requestInverter firmware written from scratch
EnclosureColour, silk print, wall-mount or floor-standingNew tooling inside a first batch

The line between the two columns is a time question, not a willingness question: a custom enclosure is a six-week project, a custom BMS is a two-year one.

Four numbers before an ODM price

1. Market

Country and the compliance route your importer actually needs: CE, IEC 62619, UN38.3, SASO, a local grid approval.

2. Tier

kWh per unit and kW of inverter, single or three phase.

3. Volume

First batch and twelve-month figure. Two different numbers, and both change the price.

4. Assets

Logo files, nameplate layout, carton dimensions, manual language.

Programme sequence

1

Specification sheet

You send the four numbers. We return a one-page spec, the bill of materials the price is based on, and the compliance route with its cost.

2

Sample with your nameplate

One or two units with your artwork, so your dealers can touch it and your laboratory tests the exact model that will be produced.

3

Certification

Third-party laboratory, paid by the buyer, coordinated by us: samples, documents, factory audit. Certificates issued to your model.

4

First batch

Batch size agreed in writing with the factory, inspection before packing, test report per unit, photos of the goods before the container is sealed.

5

Repeat supply

Locked bill of materials, agreed spare parts ratio, and a named contact for technical escalation.
