The battery that keeps the lights on when the grid does not.
LFP home battery systems in 10.24 and 15.36 kWh, with a 6 or 8 kW hybrid inverter in the same cabinet. Sized from your load list, installed by a local electrician, priced in writing.
One cabinet, three jobs
A house needs storage, an inverter and something that decides when to charge. Buying them separately means three warranties, three manuals and one installer who has to make them talk to each other.
Store
LFP cells in a 48 V pack, 10.24 or 15.36 kWh, in a steel cabinet rated for indoor and covered outdoor installation. Cell level monitoring, breaker and fuse inside the same enclosure.
Convert
A 6 kW or 8 kW hybrid inverter built into the cabinet: PV input, grid input, backup output. One device to commission instead of three to integrate.
Decide
Charging logic for time-of-use tariffs, PV self-consumption first and backup reserve. Settings live in the cabinet, not in a cloud account you cannot export.
Pick the size from the load, not from the price list
The right question is not "how many kWh" but "what must keep running, and for how long". Those two answers set the pack size and the inverter rating.
| Model | Usable energy | Inverter | Typical house | Backup window |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| AW-10 | 10.24 kWh | 6 kW hybrid | 3–4 rooms, one AC, PV 3–5 kWp | 6–12 h essential loads |
| AW-15 | 15.36 kWh | 8 kW hybrid | Large house, two AC units, PV 6–10 kWp | 10–18 h essential loads |
Backup windows assume essential loads only (lights, fridge, internet, pumps, sockets) at 0.6–1.2 kW average. A house running air conditioning on backup needs a different calculation, and we will say so instead of quoting the number above.
Three ways in, and none of them is a shopping cart
Ask your installer for AeonWatt
We do not ship a battery to your door, because it needs a licensed connection and a grid notification. Send us your town and we will tell you whether we have an installer there.
Stock it, service it, own the customer
Dealer pricing, commissioning support, spare BMS boards and inverters held for your market, and a named engineer on WhatsApp rather than a ticket queue.
Put your name on our cabinet
Private label from one sample unit: enclosure colour, nameplate, carton and manual in your language, with the certification route run for your model.
Questions buyers actually ask
How long does a 10 kWh home battery last?
The pack is LFP with a rated 6,000 cycles at 80% depth of discharge in the datasheet we ship. On a normal house cycling once a day that is well beyond ten years, which is why the warranty is written in years as well as cycles.
Do I need an electrician?
Yes. The system connects to the distribution board and in most countries needs a licensed installer and a grid-operator notification. That is why we sell through installers.
Can it run the whole house during an outage?
With a backup circuit it runs the loads wired to it: lights, fridge, internet, pumps and a few sockets. Air conditioning on backup depends on the inverter rating and the compressor surge, and is decided when the backup panel is designed.
Does the battery work without solar panels?
It works, and it is worth it only if your tariff has a large day/night difference or your grid is unreliable. Without PV the payback comes from arbitrage and outage protection, not from self-consumption, and we will tell you which of the three is actually your case.
What does it cost?
Price depends on the pack size, the inverter rating, the port of destination and whether an installer is buying one unit or a pallet. We quote in writing against your address and your load list, and the quote states what is included: cabinet, inverter, mounting, documents.
