A storage brand built from the installer's side

AeonWatt exists because the home battery market is full of cabinets nobody can service and datasheets nobody can compare.

The claim

Sunward. Boundless. Enduring.

Three words we can be held to: a direction, a scope and a promise.

Sunward

A direction. Power should point somewhere — sunlight in, light out. Not a battery as an object, but a route for energy that arrives every morning whether or not anybody invoices for it.

Boundless

A scope. The same platform has to serve a single house and a small business without becoming two products with two sets of spares. That is why the cabinet scales by paralleling rather than by redesigning.

Enduring

A promise. The unit is only worth what it delivers in its tenth year. Every decision that shortens service life or makes a repair harder is, by our own rule, the wrong decision.

The name

AeonWatt — Sunward. Boundless. Enduring.

The name is not decoration. It is the one claim we can be held to, and it sets how we build: a battery is bought for the tenth year, not the first one.

AEON

From the Greek aiōn — an age, a span of time with no end in sight. Not "long life" as a marketing word; a period measured in decades. It is why the pack is LFP and the warranty is written in years as well as cycles.

WATT

The unit of power, the part that has to be true on day one: 6 or 8 kW of inverter, 10.24 or 15.36 kWh of usable storage, stated in the same numbers the datasheet and the label carry.

Enduring

Put together, the two words mean one thing: power that lasts an age. It is also the test we apply to ourselves — if a decision makes the system shorter-lived or harder to service, it is the wrong decision.

Why “enduring”, not “durable”

Durable is a spec. Enduring is a decade.

Every cabinet on the market is called durable, so the word has stopped meaning anything. Enduring is the harder claim: it is about year eight, when a BMS board fails and somebody has to answer the email.

The arc

The outer arc in our mark is AEON — a span of time drawn as a line that does not close. It has no end point because a warranty written to a date is not the same promise as one written to a decade.

The cycle

The inner arc is one charge and one discharge. It is the part the customer actually pays for, and the part the cycle count in the datasheet refers to — 6,000 cycles at 80% depth of discharge, stated the way the test was run.

The point

The dot is WATT: the power available right now, on the night the grid goes down. Long life is worth nothing if the cabinet cannot carry the load when it matters, which is why we size from a load list.

The circle nobody draws. A sun is the only machine humans have ever had that runs without being fed, and it is also the only one we all agree will still be running. Solar power is not a fuel we extract — it is energy that arrives every morning on a schedule no supplier, regulator or grid operator controls. A cabinet that stores it is not a gadget; it is how a household borrows tomorrow’s sunlight for tonight. That is what enduring means here: not that our product is immortal, but that the energy it holds is renewed, daily, for as long as the roof is there.

How we are structured

We design the system, we manage production at partner lines in China, and we sell through installers and distributors rather than directly to homeowners. That structure is deliberate: the value in this category sits in installation and service, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.

Design and specification

Configuration, grid settings, protection logic and the documents that go with each unit, owned in Shanghai.

Production

Assembled at partner lines in China against a locked bill of materials, with inspection before packing and a test report per unit.

Support

Commissioning help, spare parts pool and technical escalation for the installers who carry the brand in their market.

What we will not claim

That we own a factory

We do not. We are the programme manager between the buyer and the production lines, and saying otherwise falls apart in the first video call.

That we hold every certificate

Certification attaches to a model and a factory. We tell you what exists today, what has to be run for your market, who pays for it and how long it takes.

That storage always pays back

It pays back where outages are frequent, where the tariff spread is wide, or where PV would otherwise be exported at a low rate. Where none of those is true, we say so.

That a number on this site is a quote

Specifications are confirmed in writing per production batch, and prices are quoted against an address and a load list. A page cannot know your port or your duty.

Where we are

Shanghai, China. Export from Shanghai and Ningbo. Working hours 09:00–18:00 GMT+8, and installers get a WhatsApp number rather than a form.
