You install it. You keep the customer.
We supply the cabinet, the documents and the technical backup. We do not sell around you to your own customer, and we do not put our logo on your van.
What a dealer actually gets
Dealer pricing by tier
Price per unit drops with volume, and the tier is set by your twelve-month figure, not by a one-off order. If your volume changes, the tier changes at the next batch.
Commissioning support
Wiring diagrams in your language, remote help during the first three installations, and settings for your grid code rather than a generic manual.
Spare parts held for your market
BMS boards and inverters set aside against your installed base, so a failure is a swap this week rather than a shipment next month.
An engineer, not a ticket queue
A named contact on WhatsApp who can read a fault log. This is the part most suppliers skip, and it is the part your reputation depends on.
Documents you can hand over
Datasheet, test report per unit, UN38.3 transport documents, and the certificate status for your country written down, so you are not guessing in front of an inspector.
No competing with you online
We do not list prices for your market and we do not run a shopping cart. Enquiries from your area are referred to you, not sold to the highest bidder.
What we ask before opening an account
How many systems you installed last year
A number, not a range. It tells us the tier and whether the spare parts stock makes sense yet.
Who does the electrical work
Your own team or a subcontractor, and which licence they hold. This decides how much commissioning support you need.
Which brands you already carry
We are not asking you to drop them. We are asking whether we are your third line or your first, because that changes what stock level is realistic.
Your market's paperwork
Grid-operator approval, certificate requirement, and who signs the commissioning sheet. If we cannot support the certificate route, we will say so before you order.
